Shipping
We provide free shipping for all products. The products are typically delivered within 7-10 business days.
In case you need to return a product we have a cancellation policy which is as follows.

Cancellation Policy
Kindly note that you have to send a cancellation email within one hour after you’ve placed the order. The cancellation process will not be initiated from our end unless and until we receive the email.
We regret to say that our policy does not allow a refund on cancellation if the amount was already paid while the order was being placed.
Returns & Refund
Returns are accepted only within seven days of delivering the order. Please remain informed that we will neither accept returns nor provide refunds after this period.
Please note that we accept return only on the basis of the following conditions.
- You received the wrong products. In this case, you can send us an email or contact us, notifying us the same.
- If, in case you receive a damaged item, you are eligible for a refund. Kindly contact us within seven days of receiving the product.
Refund Policy
We will send you an email of approval for refund after we duly receive and examine your returned item(s). If approved, the refund will be credited to your bank within 15 working days.
Failure to receive a refund
Our team takes good care to make sure you receive your refund within the period mentioned above. But, in case you fail to receive the same, please contact your bank or Credit Card Company. Exchange/Replacement of items
We would not grant replacement or exchange of items unless you received a damaged or wrong item. Also, rest assured that if you by any chance receive an item that’s eligible for an exchange, you will be provided with the same. Please note that replacements and refunds will not be granted for discounted items and items on sale.
